Digital pattern support

We want you to be able to open and use the crochet pattern you purchased.

Defective or inaccessible files

If your file is defective or inaccessible, contact us first at Contact@useyourneedle.com. Include your order number, the pattern name, and a short description of the issue.

We’ll try to restore access or provide a working replacement file. If we can’t resolve the issue, we will refund you.

Change-of-mind requests

Because patterns are digital content, a change-of-mind refund is generally unavailable once the file has been downloaded or otherwise supplied, except where applicable law gives you a right to cancel.

For UK digital content supplied during the cancellation period, the right to cancel is lost only where you expressly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged that you would lose that right before supply began. If those conditions were not met, any cancellation rights that apply remain available.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
