Our listings are for digital crochet pattern PDFs. Each product page explains what is included. Unless a listing says otherwise, the finished item, yarn, and tools are not included. Prices are shown at checkout in the store’s displayed currency.

An order is accepted once payment is confirmed. Please use an email address you can access so we can send order and download information.

Digital files and support

If a download is missing, inaccessible, or does not match its description, contact Contact@useyourneedle.com with your order number so we can help.

The Refund Policy explains the support process for defective or inaccessible files and digital-content cancellation. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
